We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us at psychostudio.cy@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your return request. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Original artworks

Original artworks may be returned within the applicable 14-day withdrawal period, provided they are returned in their original condition and with reasonable care.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for artworks that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Where possible, please use the original packaging or suitable protective packaging to ensure that the artwork is safely returned.

Print-on-demand products

Our prints and other print-on-demand products are produced through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato, after an order is placed.

Because these products are produced specifically in response to an individual order, returns and exchanges may be subject to the applicable exceptions to the statutory right of withdrawal for made-to-order goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unsure whether your particular order is eligible for cancellation or return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

For print-on-demand products, please provide clear photographs of the item and the packaging so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

We will address damaged, defective or incorrectly fulfilled orders in accordance with your applicable consumer rights and our obligations as a seller.

European Union 14-day withdrawal period

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the withdrawal period begins when you, or a person you have designated, receives the goods.

Certain types of goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law. If an exception applies to your order, we will inform you accordingly.

Return shipping costs

Where you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless applicable law requires us to bear these costs.

For original artworks, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If your refund is approved, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different artwork or print, the simplest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
