1. General Information
This website and online store are operated by Nikolai Müller under the shop name Psycho Studio.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nikolai Müller. By accessing our website or purchasing products from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our applicable policies.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through our online store.
2. Our Products
We offer original artworks as well as art prints and other printed products.
We make every effort to display our artworks and products as accurately as possible. However, colours and the appearance of an artwork or print may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings and other technical factors.
Each original artwork is unique. Minor variations, irregularities or visible characteristics resulting from the artistic process are part of the nature of an original artwork and are not considered defects.
Product descriptions, images, dimensions and availability may be updated from time to time.
3. Print-on-Demand Products
Some of our prints and printed products are produced on demand through our production partner, Gelato.
These products are produced after an order has been placed and may therefore be subject to specific production and delivery times.
Where applicable, any statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal for made-to-order or clearly personalised goods will apply.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
4. Orders
When you place an order through our online store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, or an inability to fulfil the order.
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.
The total price, including applicable shipping charges and other additional costs, will be shown before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
At present, we primarily offer delivery within Cyprus.
We may expand our shipping destinations to other European Union countries in the future. Available shipping destinations and costs will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, production time, shipping provider and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For print-on-demand products, additional production time may apply because the product is produced after the order is placed.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online within the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision within the applicable withdrawal period. You can do this by contacting us at:

After informing us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within the applicable legal period.
Return shipping costs
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
For original artworks, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and suitable protective packaging.
We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return shipping where the customer has arranged the return.
Condition of returned goods
You are responsible for handling the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical store.
If the value of the goods has been reduced because they were handled beyond what is necessary for such examination, we may be entitled to claim compensation to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law.
This may include goods made to order or clearly personalised for the customer.
For our print-on-demand products, the applicability of any statutory exception depends on the specific product and applicable law. The fact that a product is produced on demand does not by itself limit any statutory consumer rights.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your artwork or print arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights and applicable law.
For print-on-demand products, production or fulfilment errors will be handled with our production partner where necessary.
10. Refunds
If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will process your refund within the period required by applicable law.
The refund will generally include the standard delivery costs originally paid for the order. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option do not have to be reimbursed where permitted by law.
We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
11. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different artwork or print, you may return the eligible product in accordance with our return policy and place a new order separately.
12. Intellectual Property
All artwork, photographs, images, graphics, text, logos, designs and other content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Nikolai Müller and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork to the customer.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use our artwork or other website content without our prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services
We use third-party service providers to operate parts of our online store and fulfil orders.
Shopify provides the e-commerce platform used for our online store.
Gelato may be used as our print-on-demand production and fulfilment partner for printed products.
These third-party services support the fulfilment of your order but do not replace Nikolai Müller as the seller of the products purchased through this store.
14. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the website or interfere with another person's use of the website.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or accounts.
15. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, occasional errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur, including in relation to product descriptions, prices, availability or shipping information.
Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct such errors and update information on the website.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our legal obligations regarding defective or non-conforming products.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including delays caused by shipping providers, production partners, natural events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
