Despite her disappearance, the figure appears calm and relaxed. The work explores the ability to adapt and merge with one’s surroundings. Her invisibility can suggest adaptation, withdrawal, or a desire to remain unseen. At the same time, it remains unclear whether her disappearance is a conscious choice or a form of protection. The spirals on the glasses may suggest a different or altered way of seeing. Perhaps the figure perceives the world differently from us, sensing connections, energies, or something hidden that remains invisible to the viewer. This creates a tension between seeing and being seen: Does the figure see something we cannot? Or are we seeing something we were not meant to see? Although she almost disappears into her surroundings, we still know she is there. The work therefore asks whether becoming invisible truly means going unnoticed, or whether the attempt to disappear ultimately draws our attention to something hidden.
